I found this on a website from Stumble Upon and I didn't save it. So I have no link to offer you. Here Goes.
1 Yellow or Orange Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Onion
3 or 4 Cloves of Garlic (I love garlic so I use a lot)
1 can of Beef Broth
1 tbs of olive oil
1 tsp of butter
Any small sized beef steaks (No Mock Tender Steak!)
Salt and pepper steaks and put them in a skillet with the olive oil, butter and chopped 2 cloves of garlic. You want to let that brown considerably about 8 minutes.
Add the peppers, onions, rest of garlic to mixture already in skillet and cook that down, until the onions are clear. about 5 minutes.
Add beef broth and simmer for remaining cook time of steaks to be done, about another 8 minutes.
