Iced Coffee

This is really getting to me. I have tried so hard to be a decent cook. My mother is an amazing cook and both of Don's parents are very very good. How is that being surrounded by all these people and I can't even make Iced Coffee?

I even got the right beans. Which weren't cheap...

But Alas it isn't the same. I even got the vanilla and Hershey's too! I recommend Small Kitchen's recipe though if you don't have the brew system. I asked for it for Christmas. My little Don always delivers!

So I have tried several times to do this and at $13.50 a lb. of coffee it was getting expensive. So that last time at the grocery I bought one of those one serving packets from Community Coffee. I put that in and filled it with enough water to make it a mush. About 1/3 of the white jar shown above. I am currently enjoying the delicious taste of Hazelnut iced coffee. By doing this I am able to cut the concentrate in the carafe and do it correctly! MMMMMMMMM!
