I currently have the whole Restoration Hardware living room. In that my colors are dark espresso and light blue. I had gone to Target and found the tissue for something ridiculous like 50¢. The frame was an old one we had, but I think it was originally purchased at TJ Maxx.
I was going to measure it all out but I wanted immediate satisfaction. I put the tissue between the two panes of glass and followed the side with an X-tco knife.
